Burgundy group seeks community feedback on heritage-listed Shafston House proposal
One of Brisbane's oldest riverfront properties could have a 15-storey, 37-apartment tower and two luxury homes built alongside it.
Shafston House, an 1851 Kangaroo Point heritage-listed residence with sweeping views down to the Brisbane River, was sold last year to businessman Kevin Pan's development company Burgundy Group.
The nearly 10,000-square-metre site was most recently the home of Shafston International College, established by entrepreneur Keith Lloyd in 1996, who sold it to Mr Pan last year.
